Tailgate 2010 Update!!!!

Guys we are almost down to the wire. What a thrill so far! Whew....ok so we are working hard and having a fun time and that's a good thing, trust me we'll need to recall all the laughter as we get ready to hustle up good and hard for the layout which will be no LAUGHING matter :) Time for our hairs to get pinned up and I'm going to quote Lara Casey "Get Excited and MakeThings Happen!"  We are happy about working with PPW and the NFL and equally excited to be working alongside Amy with Hidden Garden How amazing are Amy and her crew? Smart, knowlegable and witty, ain't gonna lie that's a real honor too. Think about it, one of the leading floral designers who by the way will be speaking at the Wedding 360 floral summit, wow! Priceless. Happy dance over here : ) Here are some pics from the teams in motion.

Tailgate 2010

We are so honored to be working with PPW and the NFL. We'll be taking part in the design process for the NFL 2010 Tailgate Party here in Miami at the now re-named Sun Life Stadium. We are working alongside Veteran PPW/ NFL Tailgate Designer Amy with The Hidden Garden from Los Angeles as well as with a local nursery ATOP Inc,.

Our first day was off to a great start we accomplished so much, we un-packed, sorted, and did I mention more unpacking and sorting......(: getting organized is the first step.
The team will be working with many exotic blooms, Parakeet Hellicionia, Makara Orchids, an assortment of Dendrobiums, Tropical Foliage, Spider Mums, Sunflowers, Casablancas etc... I'm so excited about the decor and can't wait to reveal how these little beauties will transform the spaces they will occupy :)

Real Wedding Tamar and Bruce

Together for years, they decided to become husband and wife. Witnessed by their loving family and friends, their wedding was an evening of love, dancing, hilarious toasts, scrumptious food, great music, family and much more love. It was a very windy day, so alisonfrank chose to do the portraits of the bride and groom indoors, using the hotel’s design as the backdrop. The ceremony and reception took place on the top floor of the Hyatt Regency Pier 66 in downtown Fort Lauderdale. The room was gorgeous, our team did an amazing job delivering on the green, black and white design concept. Tamar looked stunning, and Bruce handsome and together, they are a perfect fit.

TLC 4 Weddings

Just received notice for 4weddings from www.tlc.com sending info over to our brides whose wedding will be between now and April 2010.

TLC is looking for brides who are getting married during Jan-April this year, and who lives in or close to the Miami area. The producers want to showcase every type of wedding and every kind of bride. 1st timers, 2nd timers, big weddings, small weddings, theme weddings...you name it.

Are you having a wedding or know of someone having a wedding during that time? If so, let us know and we'll email you the info.
It's a really fun concept. This is NOT like a "Bridezillas" or anything that is snarky or negative...it is the exact opposite.

They're doing a show that actually wants to see your wedding day turn out as perfect as you've planned it. In this economic climate, most couples are having to sacrifice their honeymoons and other luxuries surrounding their big day, so TLC is giving these brides the opportunity to feature their wedding on a brand new show and a chance to WIN an all expense paid, 5-star vacation!
